Goou Goou is brewed with Cel-24 yeast, so you can't miss the aromatic fruitiness. On the palate, however, the sake is more elegant, built more on purity than the Kameizumi CEL-24. Ideal alongside salads or raw vegetables with some acidity, such as a tomato carpaccio. 'Goou Goou' refers to the rumble heard when a seemingly clear sky suddenly turns into a rainstorm, inspired by the Shikoku mountains.
