At the opening of the brewery, Oda-san asked Marie Chiba from the Eureka sake bar in Tokyo, and Jean-Jacques Dubordieu from Chateau Doisy-Daene in Sauternes to create a blend of his first sake batches. Héritage is Chiba-san's blend, which we blindly preferred. Broad, with a beautiful fruitiness, but also with freshness thanks to the use of white wine yeasts.
