This entry-level gin uses 11 different botanicals (kuromoji, lemon peel, juniper, coriander, licorice, angelica, ginger, cinnamon, Szechuan pepper, cardamom, and caraway). It's a beautiful gin, clearly more spicy but also with a lovely freshness.
