Kaikyo, 35° East Hyogo Dry Gin, 700ml

The Yonezawa family, a family of sake brewers since 1856, began distilling in 1917. To celebrate 100 years of spirit production, the company installed two new Forsyth's stills. This renovation led to the establishment of the Kaikyo Distillery, named after the famous Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge located in front of the distillery. 135° East Hyogo Dry Gin is a craft gin distilled from classic London Dry botanicals and Japanese botanicals.
