Fujinishiki is one of the rare breweries that grows its own rice. The brewery has chosen Homare Fuji as their main variety, which is actually a variety of the famous Yamada Nishiki, which is set to become Shizuoka's flagship rice. The sake is a bit fresher, a bit tighter than what you'd get with Yamada Nishiki. Clean, with a crispy texture, perfect for a summery feeling with some oysters and seafood!
